We are the official Ice Girls Club for SMU Hockey. The Ice Girls are a social organization geared toward advertising and assisting with marketing for the SMU Hockey team while creating a community for its members to share their interest, appreciation and love for the sport.

WHAT DO THE ICE GIRLS DO?
The Ice Girls work with the SMU Hockey team to sell tickets, advertise the team around campus, and watch hockey.
DO I HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO SKATE?
No! We do not skate, so you do not have to learn how to skate to become an Ice Girl.
DO I HAVE TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HOCKEY?
Absolutely not! You do not need to have any prior knowledge of Hockey, but a willingness to learn about the sport.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME AN ICE GIRL?
You need to be in good standing with SMU (Minimum GPA of 2.5 for undergraduate students and a minimum GPA of a 3.0 for graduate students) and are required to attend one game per home series.

Mission
Promote the SMU Hockey team across campus to increase awareness and attendance while creating a community for its members to share their appreciation and love for the sport.
Involvement
The Ice Girls are involved in a number of activities such as photography, videography, graphics, and cheering on the hockey team at home games! We hope to host social events such as hockey watch parties, group events off campus, and so much more!
